I was there for my 20k service. They did it in a timely manner and I got my LR2 back nice and clean to boot.

Tim Foggin is a true asset to your team. We had called other Land Rover dealerships and felt as though we needed to beg in order to purchase a vehicle from them. I was thoroughly disgusted with the brand until I spoke with Tim, within minutes of speaking with him he changed my entire opinion of the ...brand. We were so impressed with him we drove over three hours to purchase this vehicle. To be honest with you, we probably would've purchased a Volvo until we spoke with Tim Foggin. We can't say enough about his customer service skills, knowledge of the product and following through on his word. He should be commended. Please share this information with him. Thank you Show more

We researched other dealers and other brands. Ultimately, we returned to the “A” class sales, service, and professionalism we know at Land Rover Merritt Island, sat down with the salesman and ordered a 2016 Range Rover Sport HSE to our specs. Lenny and Tim at the dealership treat us like friends... and family and were able to answer any and all our questions satisfactorily and offer us opinions that matter to us—and that’s why we continue to buy there. We have bought three new high-end cars there in the last six months. Show more

Our 2015 Land Rover broke down on our vacation trip traveling across country. We were treated with concern and professionalism from the first contact with Ashli Barrow until our Land Rover was fixed and we were on our way home. The service manager Bill Kaiser took charge of the repair and made sure ...that our needs were taken care of at a near by hotel. He reassured us before they gave our auto back to us that it was safe for us to travel back to California our home state. Show more
